In conjunction with Iconic spaces Building Company Limited IWL was established to provide scalable, affordable housing for both Māori and wider New Zealand communities. Our pathway centres on empowering local enterprise, creating training opportunities, and supporting iwi, hapū, and whānau to take leadership in the housing sector. Supported by Iconicspaces Building Company supply umbrella , working with Iconicspaces Waikato to deliver high-quality modular housing with New Zealand compliance and cultural integrity. We maintain a strong community-driven foundation, ensuring our designs and delivery models reflect Māori principles of whanaungatanga (connection), kaitiakitanga (sustainability), and mana motuhake (self-determination).
