Your Build – Step by Step Guide
1. Choose Your Home

Select the unit or community model that best suits your needs.

2. Finalise Details

Discuss any custom requirements with our sales team.

3. Approvals & Finance

Check with your local authority and/or land trustees for pre-approval.
Apply for a home loan if required.

4. Place Your Order

Confirm your order and pay the deposit.
Manufacturing begins:

Custom units: approx. 60–70 days
In-stock units: approx. 10 days
(Note: Additional costs may apply beyond kit set purchase.)

5. Building Consent

Apply for building/resource consent as required by your local authority or landowner by-laws.

6. Prepare Site & Foundations

Once your permit is approved, install piles/foundations.
Full payment is required before delivery.

7. Delivery & Installation

Your unit is delivered and placed on foundations.
An LBP Builder unfolds, secures, and connects the structure.
NZCP Engineer / LBP signs off the structural installation.

8. Internal Fit-Out

Trims and finishing by trained builders.
Kitchen cabinets installed.
Electrical, plumbing, and heat pump services connected.

9. Council Sign-Off

Council completes Code of Compliance (COC) approval.

10. Final Touches & Move In

Add your personal finishes, then enjoy your new home.
